I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the truth.

Flights of Fantasy–featured on Gaming in the Clinton Years, hosted by the NAVGTR channel, and largely presented by a one George Wood, a baffling man with a confusing “sense” of “humor”–was a cable access show about video games. What’s cable access you ask? Well, it’s a variety of reserved channel intended for individual/public use. It typically lead to shows like Flights of Fantasy being created.

Though it also created Mystery Science Theater 3000, and it’s almost guaranteed that both this show and the F Plus would not exist as they do without that, so… Take from that what you will.

Anyway, you probably encountered George Wood over on the Retsupurae youtube channel. Well now encounter him here.

This week, Extra Credit hopes one of the lovers dies.

EDIT: What a foolish description. MST3K did not start on public or cable access. Absolute fools! George Wood inspired nobody.
