Dieting is hard. There’s a lot of information out there and sometimes it’s hard to parse the useful information from the crackpot diets that only idiots would think would work (I’m looking at you, Paleo). But on one thing we can all agree – having been conditioned for years by BIG SUGAR and that is that the REAL enemy are CARBS.
For that end, we have Ketogenic Diet – or “Keto” for short, and like most diets it’s probably not all too bad when performed moderately and sensibly. However this is the Internet, so we’ll have none of any of that! Why have any carbs at all? It’s not like the body needs them or anything…. right? RIGHT?
Eh, the fastest way to lose weight is probably post-mortem decomposition anyway.
This week on Extra Credit – Ambious wanted to call this episode “What is dead may never diet” but the rest of the podcast wouldn’t let him. Fuck democracy.
